The morning of day 3 was our first free hostel breakfast experience. Down the street and around the corner from the hostel we stand in line with ~20 other hostel goers all from different countries, ages 18-35. Here we choose our helpings of toast, pancakes, beans, sunny side up eggs or runny scrambled eggs, along with our choice of powered coffee or tea. But you can’t complain, its free right. Dishes and utensils are provided, but everyone cleans their own.
Since we got pretty fried the day before we decided to chill out around town to rest up for the Blue Mountains the next day. We walked all over Sydney, discovering new streets and alley ways, eventually making our way to the harbor.
One things we have come to love about Sydney is there are parks EVERYWHERE! All along our walk we would stop to enjoy the scenery and people.
Later in the afternoon, we enjoyed our new favorite coffee shop again, Room 10. Kegan if you’re reading this you’ve got some pretty stiff competition out here.
